Out of our own Bear, Nova came to visit us in the spring of 1997 to earn some US titles. We fell in love and she never returned to Canada. Nova finished her Canadian championship before she was a year old and her American championship by the age of three after taking time out for a litter. Fluid sidegait and extremely sound. Rich dark pigment and an adorable face. Nova was 2nd in a large 9-12 month bitch class at the 1997 DCA National specialty under breeder/judge Tim Robbins and went BOB over nationally ranked, top 10 specials.
Nova earned her Road Dog title at the 2000 DCA road trial at the Dalmatian Club of America's National Specialty in French Lick, Indiana. She finished her Novice Agility title in just 3 weekends and her Open agility title at the 2002 Rottweiler Club of America national specialty to earn the DCA's Conformation Performance Certificate (CPC). Nova was a wonderful producer giving us both performance and conformation titled offspring. She is the dam of one of our all-time favorites girls, Tequiza.
Nova has retired to Houston, TX where she spends her time with Jean Broman.
